Solar Sinter is a 3D printer that uses the sun as energy source to melt sand into glass objects. Beautiful project by Markus Kayser.
Alright, it’s a little bit of an extra step, considering you use your smartphone to set it up, but still a lovely idea by BERG design studio.
I haven’t tried it, but this looks pretty next level compared to Nike+ if you ask me!
