TableDrum iPhone App
This is definitely one of the most creative applications in the Apple AppStore. You can set your custom tabledrum sounds as a trigger for ‘real’ drum sounds in the application. Seems like a gimmick, something to show off to your friends and collegues, but since there’s almost no lag, TableDrum actually becomes very usable. It even notices and how soft/hard you hit your pencil on your table! Awesome.

Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP
I’ve been waiting for this one! Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP is a “21st century interpretation of the archetypical old school videogame adventure, designed exclusively for Apple’s touchtronic machinery” and one of the most anticipated games for the iPad.
In a nutshell, Sword & Sworcery EP is an exploratory action adventure with an emphasis on audio-video style. I really dig the way the beautiful pixel art and Jim Guthrie’s sound design work together. I’ve spent the past hour exploring a mysterious, beautifully designed pixel-world. To make it more mysterious: Some in game events are triggerd by real life lunar phases. That explains the constant presence of the moon.
