Wieden + Kennedy London have teamed up with The Kaiser Chiefs and Universal Music UK to create a whole new way of releasing an album. Fans can create their own version of the album by picking 10 out of 20 songs and designing their own artwork. For each album they sell, they get to keep one pound. Smart and fun mechanic!
Ben & Jerry’s Fair Tweets is a simple, but smart project that uses unused Twitter characters to spread the news about the upcoming World Fair Trade Day. Although the idea of using unused characters isn’t really relevant for Ben & Jerry’s or Fair Trade, I still think it’s an inspiring approach!

During last winter, TUI, one of the biggest tourism firms in Germany, launched a special action to promote the brand. The “Bad Weather Vacation”: the very first bad weather competition! A mobile app tracked your position and your current weather conditions by connecting to weather stations. You had to check-in your weather conditions and the worse they were, the better your score. After a month, the person experiencing the worst weather in Germany won a great holiday in the Dominican Republic.
